Let's talk about what you need! Browse through our online catalogues and then we can discuss the products you need. We'll need to know if you have high resolution logos and artwork or will you need us to create this for you.
After we've had a chat we'll provide a written quote, once that's approved and payment is made we can get underway!
Once the artwork is finalised we will send a PDF mockup for you to check - this is the time to check the details and for any last minute adjustments to be made.
Production will get underway!

How good is the print quality?
One printing process doesn't suit everything.
We use these high resolution processes to ensure the best detail print each and every time.
Offset printing
Large format digital

You don't need to need to know the difference, that's why we're here!
Is there a minimum amount I need to order?
For most clothing orders we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 garments.
Printed products have different minimums so contact us to discuss.
Can I supply my own clothing?
For quality control we're unable to brand clothing you provide. The branding process uses a heat process that can reach up to 200° celcius
so we can only provide and brand garments that are made to withstand the process; inferior garments have the potential to discolour and damage.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends what's in your order!
We'll confirm when we send you a quote but please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production, 3+ weeks for large volumes.
Delivery / pickup times can be discussed when quoting - if you need it faster just ask and we'll see if we can help.
Is my logo suitable?
We can use most file formats but for the best results we recommend files created using the Adobe program suite:

JPG, EPS
We may need to recreate your file in a format to suit the print method, send it through for us to check
and we'll let you know.
