    Sizes are based on the chest / waist size of the garment, not of the wearer.
    If you're unsure of your size we recommend to measure a similar garment you own:
    - Chest measurements are from one armpit seam to the opposite armpit seam in centimetres.
    - Waist measurements are taken around the full waist in centimetres.

  • DELIVERY INFORMATION

    All items are made to order and we aim to produce them within 7-10 days and delivered to you within 2-6 business days via the Australia Post parcel post network.
    Delivery is to your chosen address with tracking details.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    CLUB Promos is committed to our customers and aim to provide high quality products and accurate information. Every item produced by CLUB Promos is custom made just for you; we cannot be responsible for errors in user-selected options such as the product styles and sizes so we recommend you take care to take the correct measurements and choose your items carefully before placing your order.
    If you make a mistake with your order please contact us within 14 days from purchase and we will work with you to provide a reasonable and positive outcome for all parties.
    In the event of requesting an exchange or refund the goods must:
    a) be in the same condition they were when you received them;
    b) not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging.
    In accordance with the ACCC Guidelines we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind (eg. change of colour, change of style, change of size).
    If you receive defective goods we will provide a repair, replacement or refund, and if there is a major failure with an item, the consumer has the right to choose the remedy, including requesting a refund.
